MY Faith, FAMILY & PERSONAL STORY
I have been married to the love of my life, Marty Lowe, for 30 years. Family is the foundation of everything I do. I am a Christian, a conservative, and someone who has a heart for people from all walks of life. I was raised on the values of God, family, and community — and those principles continue to guide me every day.
We are proud parents of two sons. Our son, Mason, is a business major at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Our son, Joe, known as Joey, tragically passed away in Easter of 2025 due to a fentanyl overdose.
Losing Joey has been one of the most difficult experiences of our lives. In his memory, our family is committed to raising awareness, sharing his story, and helping other families understand the dangers of fentanyl and substance abuse. Through that work, we hope to bring purpose to our loss by helping save lives and strengthening our community.
MY CAREER, EXPERIENCE & COMMITMENT TO COMMUNITY
Corporate, Healthcare & Workforce Leadership
My career spans leadership roles in corporate, healthcare, and workforce development, including work with Life Care Centers of America (corporate headquarters), Aspen Dental Corporate, and BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. In these roles, I led recruitment, retention, and training initiatives, supporting critical workforce needs while navigating complex staffing challenges and organizational growth.
Strategic Workforce Development & Talent Leadership
Throughout my career in human resources and workforce development, I have hired thousands of individuals and worked closely with organizations to build strong, sustainable teams. My experience includes full-cycle recruitment, employee development, and aligning workforce strategies with long-term organizational goals — ensuring businesses are positioned for stability and growth.
Small Business & Entrepreneurial Leadership
As the owner of MSi Professional Services Group, I have worked directly with small businesses across our region to help build and scale their operations. This includes developing workforce strategies, supporting recruitment and retention efforts, and providing guidance on training, development, and operational structure to help businesses grow and succeed.
Vendor Relations, Contract Management & Execution
My experience includes working with vendors at both the corporate and small business levels — managing relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring effective execution of services. This dual perspective allows me to understand both large-scale operations and the day-to-day realities of running and supporting a business.
Community Engagement & Service
Beyond my professional career, I have spent years actively engaged in the community — working with organizations, businesses, schools, churches, and local leaders to connect people to resources and opportunities. I believe leadership starts with being present, listening, and taking action to solve real challenges.

It is also what I was raised to do. My parents instilled in me a strong work ethic and the importance of being accessible, visible, and accountable. Those values continue to guide how I lead and how I serve.
